PTETI located in Sidoarjo East Java. The company processes wet-blue into high quality finished leather. Role Overview

We welcome professionals to join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager. Quality Assurance is aimed at developingand ensure our system and finished leather output meets high-quality standard and lead continuous improvement across our operational processes. This role is critical to elevate quality excellence in every leather making stage. The role within will be included, but not limited to :

• Lead and manage quality control and assurance team in executing and verification processes.
• Drive system to ensure data accuracy, documentation traceability, and quality workflow integration.
• Manage and improve QA procedures including product sampling, traceability, calibration, and product handling.
• Lead CAPA process ownership using Root Cause Analysis toolkits and Continuous Improvement frameworks.
• Drive strong collaboration with production & technical team to ensure quality consistency.
• Analyze performance trends and report insight to drive improvement actions.

About Candidate

• Experienced in manufacturing quality system and continuous improvement framework (PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related background, with proven at least 10 years experience in manufacturing and 5 years in managerial/section leader level
• Demonstrate strong leadership skill
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellence in data analytical skills and attention to details
• Proven skills in SAP system, Ms. Excel, and Power BI analysis
• Excellence in coordination, follow up and communication skills
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English
