Your Key Mission

As our QA Manager, you will lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function from end to end, ensuring all products, systems, processes, and standards meet both company and international buyer requirements.

You will play a strategic role in preventing defects proactively, driving process improvement initiatives, and ensuring all products are delivered with the highest quality standards and on-time performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage QA/QC operations from incoming material inspection, inline process control, to final inspection activities.
  • Ensure all approval standards, inspection references, and measuring instruments are valid, complete, calibrated, and ready for operational use.
  • Develop proactive quality control systems to minimize waste, defects, and customer claims.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and waste elimination programs.
  • Ensure compliance with buyer standards and shipment requirements to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and related departments to prevent recurring defects and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate quality support for new product introductions to ensure smooth production launches.
  • Lead internal and external audit preparation activities to achieve company quality targets.
  • Develop and strengthen QA/QC team competency aligned with company culture and operational excellence.
  • Monitor departmental KPI achievement and provide regular performance analysis to management.
  • Foster a culture of resilience, adaptability, synergy, trustworthiness, and innovation across the organization.
  • Manage and control QA/QC operational costs within approved budget targets.
  • Recommend process improvements, investment opportunities, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Wood Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing industries, preferably woodframe, furniture, building materials, or export-oriented manufacturing.
  • Minimum 3 years in managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), process control, inspection systems, and international manufacturing standards.
  • Certified in Final Inspection from USA Buyer.
  • Certified Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma is highly preferred.
  • Experienced in handling customer complaints, audits, corrective actions, and supplier quality management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic multinational environment.
