We are currently representing a well-established multinational manufacturing company seeking a highly driven QA Manager to lead and strengthen its quality management systems and overall product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end quality assurance processes across the manufacturing plant
- Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant regulatory standards
- Oversee quality control activities including raw materials, in-process checks, and final product verification
- Monitor calibration and validation of measurement tools and equipment
- Drive consistency in production quality through effective reporting systems and performance monitoring
- Handle customer complaints by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve production quality and operational efficiency
- Develop and deliver training programs related to quality standards, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience within a multinational company environment
- Prior experience in tobacco industry is highly preferred, or from paper, consumer goods, or electronics industries
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, SPC, and calibration processes
- Solid understanding of HSE regulations and workplace safety practices
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with quality-related systems
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
