Job Summary
The QA/QC Intern will assist the QA/QC team in inspecting and monitoring the quality of raw materials, feed ingredients, additives, and packaging materials. This role provides hands-on experience in sampling, quality checking, and documentation to support compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with visual and physical inspection of raw materials and feed products
- Support sampling and quality checks during RM unloading
- Monitor RM acceptance and report quality deviations to the QA Officer
- Assist with inspection data recording and reporting
- Maintain product traceability records and supporting documents
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, and relevant teams on quality-related activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum D4 in Animal Husbandry or related field
- Familiar with QA principles and manufacturing processes
- QMS knowledge is a plus
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Willing to work in an environment involving physical, mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards
- Available for a 6-month internship
- Willing to be based in Medan
