Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta. If you have a solid background in QA, particularly with heavy experience in the insurance industry, and are proficient in testing across various platforms, we encourage you to apply. This is a full-time, 9-to-5, on-site role where you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements thoroughly to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Conduct rigorous testing across mobile applications (Android/iOS), web applications, and integration tests.
- Document test results precisely and meticulously.
- Perform in-depth analysis of bugs/errors discovered during the testing phase.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams (e.g., Developers and Business Analysts) to clarify requirements and discuss identified issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with significant exposure to the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in Software Development environments.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies, tools, and processes related to Software QA.
- Hands-on experience in creating test plans and test cases using applications such as Jira.
- Proficiency in testing mobile apps (Android/iOS), web applications, and integration tests.
- Expertise in using SQL (DML commands), Postman, and MS Access.
- Excellent communication skills and strong integrity.
- Robust analytical abilities with a clear problem-solving mindset.
- Strong self-management skills, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- High sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
