Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
• Have a minimum 1 year experience in QA/QC (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG is preferred)
• Strong understanding and application of GMP / CPKB, including incoming, in-process, and final inspection, sampling, basic QC testing, and result evaluation
• Able to conduct non-conformance investigations (NCR), CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Familiar with quality documentation systems (SOP, WI, QA/QC reports) and compliance requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work independently or in a team under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze consumer complaints and product quality trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct non-conformance investigations, develop CAPA, and support quality risk identification and mitigation
• Review, maintain, and improve quality documentation systems, including stability test reports, COA, and MSDS
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (toll manufacturers, warehouses, distributors) to ensure quality compliance
• Deliver quality awareness and compliance training to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare regular quality performance reports and track improvement action plans
