Responsibilities
- Review, update, and improve Company QMS Documentation periodically to ensure operational efficiency and standard compliance.
- Maintain Company ISO certifications and act as the primary liaison with third-party certification bodies.
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct periodic Company Management Review meetings to evaluate QMS effectiveness.
- Prepare and execute the annual Company and Project audit schedules.
- Lead and conduct comprehensive Company internal audits, project-specific audits, and critical subcontractor/vendor audits.
- Manage and facilitate external client audits hosted at the company's facilities.
- Monitor, follow up, and compile monthly KPI progress reports from all departments.
- Oversee and manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) procedure, tracking NCRs across projects, internal processes, and suppliers.
- Conduct thorough internal and external investigations into quality deficiencies and deliver robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Electrical Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of direct experience as a QA/QC Engineer specifically within the EPC (Module Fabrication for Oil & Gas) sector
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
- Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant international oil & gas standards.
- Fluency in written and spoken English for professional liaison, auditing, and report writing.
