Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer!

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, identifying bugs and bottlenecks, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Your work will directly impact the stability, usability, and success of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on product requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using a bug tracking system (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Conduct regression, smoke, sanity, and performance testing as needed.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Review product requirements and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure test coverage across various platforms (web, API, mobile) depending on the product.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 24 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling).
  • Experience with one or more test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Experience in mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
  • Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
