Quality Assurance Engineer

Ordent is looking for a Junior Software Quality Assurance!

Ordent is a team with focus on web technologies. For more than 6 years, Ordent has helped more than 45 clients from different industries, such as Government, Non-Governmental Organization, Private Sectors, and many more.

What you will be doing :

• Participate in the product lifecycle by ensuring quality through systematic testing activities;
• Review business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases;
• Execute testing activities including SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) based on predefined scenarios;
• Perform manual testing and support automation testing where applicable;
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution;
• Validate that the product meets functional, technical, and business requirements;
• Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to improve product quality;
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reports.

You may be fit to this role if you :

• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
• Have minimum 1 year of working experience in the banking industry;
• Preferably understand banking business processes;
• Able to conduct testing activities including SIT and UAT, both manually and with automation tools;
• Familiar with creating test scenarios, test cases, and bug reports;
• Have good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams;
• Able to communicate issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing to work onsite at the assigned office location Jakarta (Sudirman)
• Willing to be placed and work within a banking environment / banking project;
