Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality written content We're looking for a Quality Assurance Editor to ensure our client reports are accurate, clear, consistent, and professionally written.
In this role, you'll go beyond proofreading. You'll help shape the quality of our reports by working closely with Analysts, Verification Specialists, and cross-functional teams to improve writing standards, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous quality improvement across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Proofread and copyedit client-facing and internal reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to company standards.
- Review reports for factual consistency, formatting, and quality, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess report writing quality and provide constructive feedback to Analysts and Verification Specialists.
- Prepare quality findings and reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance report writing skills across operational teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen reporting standards, quality processes, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Literature, Communication, English, or Language-related fields are an advantage).
- At least 1 year of professional experience in copyediting, proofreading, content editing, or quality assurance.
- Excellent written English and Indonesian with exceptional grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the confidence to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
