What You'll Do
- Develop and implement quality control standards, procedures, and policies
- Conduct inspections and testing on products or systems to ensure compliance with specifications
- Identify, document, and report defects, bugs, or product non-conformities
- Collaborate with related teams (e.g., Product, Development, or Business) to analyze root causes of issues and ensure effective resolution
- Review and validate bug fixes through retesting and regression testing
- Compile test result reports and quality analysis for internal and management purposes
- Provide feedback and recommendations on workflow processes to improve efficiency and meet quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (open to equivalent practical experience
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processe
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Postman for API testing)
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
