Job Description

Key Purpose:

  1. Provide Quality Control Services ensuring food safety, quality and compliance.
  2. Sensory Evaluation
  3. Maintain Good Laboratory Practices and Safety.
  4. Ensure Nestle Good Manufacturing Practice (NGMP) and Safety
  5. QA KPI reporting
  6. Raw & Packaging Materials Release
  7. Quality Issue Handling
  8. Provide Training
  9. Monitor Performance of suppliers
  10. Provide support to QAEs when necessary and requested

Required Knowledge:

  • Able to read, write, speak & understand English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Understand ISO documentation requirements
  • PC literate, be able to use database programmes like SAP.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
  • Possess own transport (preferably car) to carry raw materials samples and tools to 3rd party warehouse
  • Detailed and able to pick up abnormalities in routine task (e.g. incoming check)
  • Able to work with cross-functional department to ensure supply for production usage
  • Able to respond to ad-hoc task swiftly
