Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements and create detailed test cases and scenarios.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
- Perform manual and automated testing as per project needs.
- Log defects, track resolutions, and retest fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA knowledge base.
- Support continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 3 years of experience in software testing (manual or automated).
- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile preferred).
- Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
