The Quality Associate role will be responsible to support the acceleration of project implementation related to quality and regulatory matters at the 3PM plant of PepsiCo.
This role will be a contract position for upto 6 months.
What you will be responsible for:
Support the Quality & Regulatory team in accelerating project implementation related to quality standards and regulatory compliance:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting data related to product quality and production processes.
- Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure compliance with QFS (Quality Food Safety) standards.
- Help coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare progress reports and provide recommendations for improvements based on findings.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives related to QFS Culture Improvement to strengthen awareness of quality and food safety culture across the plant.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology/Pharmacy/Manufacturing/related.
- Eager to learn and highly motivated to gain new knowledge and skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational & project management abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to have strong collaboration and teamwork.
