Quality & Accreditation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the hospital's Quality Management System.
• Coordinate quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across hospital units.
• Manage patient safety incident reporting, assist in incident investigations, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify the effectiveness of improvement actions and monitor follow-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with KARS and JCI accreditation standards, including International Patient Safety Goals.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and data to support audits and accreditation readiness.
• Provide training and guidance for staff related to quality and patient safety processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine / Nursing / Hospital / Public Health
• Master's in Hospital Management (MARS) is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with hospital Quality Management and Patient Safety principles.
• Understanding of KARS and JCI standards.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
