QS / PQS

Role Description This is a full-time, QS / PQS role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The QS / PQS will be responsible for preparing taking off, bills of quantities, tender documents, tender evaluation, clarification and negotiation, and contract documentation for a variety of construction projects. The QS/PQS not limited but including track variations, evaluate contractor's claims, and support commercial negotiations. Daily responsibilities include measuring and valuing work on-site, preparing progress payment recommendations, final account, and producing cost reports for clients. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and client's construction teams to support informed decision-making and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget while maintaining required quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong quantity surveying fundamentals and contract administrator
• Experience in measurement, and preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation, contract administration, valuations of variations and claims, preparing monthly cost report, final accounts, and relevance works required.
• Proficiency in using relevant QS software and tools and MS Office applications for measurement, data analysis, and documentation
• Attention-to-detail abilities, with a focus on numerical accuracy and risk awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients.
• Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional membership or certification (e.g., from a recognized QS body) is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in consultancy or QS/PQS roles in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to projects in Indonesia.
• Willing to travel for business trip
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
