Responsibilities
- To report to Management Representative on the performance and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, and any need for improvement.
- To assist Management Representative on establishing, documentation, implementing and maintaining IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001 management systems for Automotive Division and IATF 16949:2016 for Wire Harness.
- To liaise with certification body on any matters relating to the Quality Management System auditing.
- To coordinate Internal Quality Management System Audit Program activity such as scheduling, execute the audit activity and generate report for AD Division and WH Division (related to IATF & CSR).
- To assist Quality Manager Attending to customer audit related to Quality Management System audit and other Customer Specific Requirement.
- To tabulate the monthly Quality Objectives data to monitor the performance.
- To tabulate the monthly Customer Complaint data to monitor the effectiveness and closure.
- To coordinate the Quality Improvement and 6S program at AD Division.
- Participating in supporting Automotive QMS related training in conjunction with company training program
- Participating in cross functional internal audit program of other QMS,EMS and future OHSAS as plan by OSIE Management Representative.
- Working with document control team to monitor the effectiveness of document control management system within AD division.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in engineering
- Proven work experience in software development
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- To be able to perform FA activities
- To be able to ensure that effectiveness implementation of Preventive and corrective action
- Able to conduct RCA and 8D Able to conduct VDA6.3 and VDA6.5, BIQS, IATF internal audit, AIAG CQ-17
- Able to facilitate improvement program with such improvement tools eg QCC, Six Sigma methodology, lean
