We are hiring a Quality Control Staff with hands-on QC experience in coffee retail material testing, store audit and internal audit. If this sound like you, you are the talent we are looking for.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Quality Control Staff in Retail F&B, preferably coffee or cafe business.
- Experience in material testing, store audit, and internal audit.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Basic understanding of coffee quality and brewing processes.
- Good understanding of retail store operations (store workflow, equipment, hygiene practices, and service environment).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good communication skills.
- Willing to travel for store audit activities.
Job Role:
- Conduct material testing for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Perform store audits to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Support and participate in internal quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor quality during receiving, production, storage, and distribution process.
- Prepare and maintain QC reports, documentation, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with store operations, production, and warehouse teams on quality-related issues.
- Apply coffee knowledge (coffee beans, brewing standards, handling, and storage) to support product quality.
