Role Description The QC Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Garut, responsible for ensuring that precast concrete products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include inspecting raw materials and finished products, performing routine tests, recording and analyzing quality data, and identifying nonconformities. The role involves collaborating with production teams to address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance. The QC Specialist also supports continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes and recommending enhancements to strengthen overall quality performance.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with the ability to apply these practices in a manufacturing or building materials environment.
Experience with Quality Management systems, including developing, implementing, and maintaining quality procedures and documentation.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and its application to production processes to ensure product consistency and safety.
Skills in Quality Auditing, including planning and conducting internal inspections, reporting findings, and following up on corrective actions.
Relevant technical education in engineering, materials science, industrial technology, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards related to precast concrete products.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities, with proficiency in basic data analysis tools.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
Familiarity with safety regulations and willingness to adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
