QC PIPING INSPECTOR

Job Description:

1. Review Vendor/Subcontractor Piping / Line Checker procedure
2. Report directly to the QA/QC Manager for Quality Control Piping / Line Checker scope of work
3. Perform quality inspection activities for the procurement and construction process
4. Support QA/QC Manager or Coordinator for NCR and other Piping / Line Checker issues
5. Perform continual improvement and active in Preventive Action Program

Requirements:

• Minimum Barchelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 8 years in piping welding, weld tracking, test package development, piping inspection in fabrication and site installation
• Have experience in P&ID is preferred
• Certified in welding inspector and having valid certificate in NDT RT, MT and PT
• Proficiency in operating computer especially for report and review Procedures
