Develop and implement quality standards as production references, aligned with customer requirements and specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to the production team to achieve yield and productivity targets.
Lead the implementation of new product development initiatives, ensuring compatibility with production line capabilities and manufacturing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
- Demonstrate good safety behaviour through audits and SOR report.
- Develop standards of quality based on customer requirements.
- Ensure that standards of quality are fulfilled by production team all the time.
- Assist the production team by providing technical advices.
- Develop and monitor internal standard of process parameter.
- Report the performance of production line.
- Perform cost saving initiative activities.
Qualification And/or Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (metallurgy, chemical)
Preferred Qualification And/or Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in continuous process and/or product development
- Have certification in Statistical Process Control
