The QC Line WRH Area Staff is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance within the Raw Processing Unit (RPU) Megaluh, specifically focusing on the Warehouse (WRH) area. This role involves critical quality control activities throughout the production and storage processes to maintain PT Multi Farmindo Jaya's high standards.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine quality control checks and inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods within the WRH area, adhering to established Laboratory Processes.
- Conduct Qualification Testing of materials and products to ensure they meet specified quality parameters and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and document environmental conditions in the warehouse to ensure optimal storage and prevent quality degradation.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment used for quality analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
- Identify and report any non-conformities or quality deviations, initiating corrective actions as per company protocols.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and complete quality control records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing necessary data and support.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the laboratory and warehouse environments.
Job Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) within a manufacturing or processing environment, preferably in a warehouse or raw materials area.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Laboratory Processes, including sample preparation, testing procedures, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in conducting Qualification Testing for various materials and products.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards relevant to the industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and collaborating with colleagues.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering) is highly preferred.
