QC IPC Staff

Responsible for conducting In-Process Control (IPC) inspections during production to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications, including sampling, documentation, reporting non-conformities, and coordinating with Production and maintain GMP/CPKB compliance.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Process Control (IPC) inspections during the production process in accordance with established standards and specifications.
• Perform sampling and inspection of materials, intermediate products, and bulk products.
• Accurately record and document inspection results.
• Identify and report results that do not meet specifications.
• Coordinate with Production and QA regarding non-conformities or deviations.
• Ensure the implementation of GMP/CPKB and SOPs throughout the production process.
• Ensure that measuring instruments are in good condition and properly calibrated.
• Perform other QC-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience in QC/IPC within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Quality Control principles.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and possesses good analytical skills.
• Good documentation and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
