QC INSPECTOR - PACKING-1

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu)

Job Responsibilities:**

• Perform in-process and final quality control inspections of packed food products, including visual checks, weight verification, and packaging integrity assessments.
• Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant food safety regulations.
• Identify and document non-conforming products or processes, initiating corrective actions as required.
• Collect and prepare samples for laboratory analysis, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, quality logs, and reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Assist in the investigation of customer complaints related to product quality.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  
  

Job Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety principles (HACCP, GMP) and quality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and quality standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to work in shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
