QC, HSE and Engineering Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a QC, HSE and Engineering Lead located in Kota Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. The role involves:

• Engineering & Design: Create and review precise 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD; manage technical documentation for valve systems and actuators.
• Quality Control: Execute and supervise QC protocols for valve products, ensuring adherence to theoretical specifications and practical performance standards.
• Field Operations: Lead on-site commissioning tests to verify product functionality and integration within the client's system.
• HSE Leadership: Take full ownership of HSE compliance, conducting safety briefings, risk assessments, and ensuring a safety-first culture in the workshop and field.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic electrical systems related to valve actuators and provide expert guidance to the junior team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or D4 in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, specifically in valve products and actuators.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
• Strong grasp of basic electrical systems.
• Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of valve mechanics.
• Proven ability to lead HSE initiatives and manage QC workflows.
