Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a QA (Quality Assurance) Tester who is fluent in English and has conversational-level Japanese proficiency. The role involves executing test cases, performing manual testing, analyzing test results, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual test cases based on project requirements
• Identify, document, and report bugs and issues
• Ensure software quality and functionality across devices and browsers
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Communicate test results and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent English (for client/internal communication)
• Conversational Japanese (basic reading/writing/speaking)
• Experience with manual testing and QA best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow testing methodologies and collaborate in a team environment
