About The Role
As a QA & Test Management professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and regulatory readiness of technology solutions delivered to banking and financial services clients. You will work closely with business, development, and delivery teams to design and execute testing strategies that support complex system implementations and digital transformations.
This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in quality engineering, test governance, and stakeholder collaboration within large-scale, mission‑critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for banking and financial services applications
Manage and perform functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities
Ensure testing aligns with business requirements, regulatory expectations, and risk controls within FS environments
Coordinate defect management processes, including logging, prioritization, tracking, and resolution with development teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure quality outcomes across delivery phases
Support test governance activities, including test reporting, metrics tracking, and release readiness assessments
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and standards across engagements
For Specialist level: provide guidance to junior testers and support test workstream coordination
Preferred Qualifications
Experience testing core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, or capital markets systems
Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
Experience supporting UAT coordination and business sign-off processes
Relevant testing or quality certifications are an advantage
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience iin QA, testing, or test management roles
Hands-on experience in software testing within Banking or Financial Services environments
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and quality assurance principles
Experience working with business and technology teams in complex delivery environments
Ability to clearly communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
