Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

Maintain and update QMS documents (SOP, WI, Form, Manual) to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Lead internal communication and training for QMS-related topics to ensure employee understanding and adherence.
Ensure the effective implementation of ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP requirements for milk products.
Monitor compliance with BPOM, Halal (LPPOM MUI), and other local regulatory standards.
Evaluate findings, prepare audit reports, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 35 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality System roles within milk/dairy, beverage, FMCG, or other food manufacturing industries.
Experience in internal audits and QMS implementation (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000) is required.
Strong understanding of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Halal Assurance System
Knowledge of BPOM regulations, CPPOB, and food industry compliance.
Skilled in risk assessment (HACCP, TACCP, VACCP).
