Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise quality assurance processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Monitor Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and audit activities.
  • Investigate product defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
  • Coordinate quality improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage supplier quality activities, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Support new product and process development from a quality perspective.
  • Coach and develop the QA team to achieve quality objectives.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within a manufacturing environment, with team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, internal audits, quality tools, root cause analysis, and customer complaint handling.
  • Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in plastic manufacturing is preferred; experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Cibitung
