Job Description
Ensure the integrity and quality of all business processes and services across the organization. This role is responsible for conducting operational risk assessments, monitoring compliance with standards, identifying service gaps, and providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualification
- sBachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- .Minimum 4 years of experience in Operational Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, or Business Process Management. Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is an advantage
- .Strong understanding of Quality Assurance, ISO 9001, and operational audits, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagram, as well as drive continuous improvement initiatives
- .Able to map and analyze business processes (SIPOC and process flow), manage Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, and prepare QA reports and quality KPI monitoring
- .Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills with a good understanding of customer experience and customer journey
- .Willing to be based in Perak Barat, Surabaya
