QA & Research — KClub Group

Location: Bali

Responsible for conducting quality checks and research to support K-Club Group operational and business needs. This role will monitor operational processes, collect and analyze information, identify quality issues and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to improve quality and operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and monitor operational processes to ensure they meet company standards.
• Conduct research, collect information, and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Identify quality issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to the relevant team.
• Monitor corrective actions and improvements based on quality or research findings.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and research data.
• Collaborate with different departments to support quality improvement.
• Conduct follow-ups and evaluations to ensure improvements are maintained.
• Perform other QA and research-related tasks as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and working environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Research, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic, organizational, internship, or project experience are welcome to apply. 
• Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry is an advantage.
• Experience in preparing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, or evaluating operational processes.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and proactive.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop skills.
