QA Qualification Officer

Responsibilities :

Responsible to planning and perform qualification of machine, equipment and services, to ensure that all machine, equipment and services function properly in accordance with the criteria so the product meets with established spesifications.

Requirements :

• Education Pharmacist (Apt)

• 3 year experience in QA department (Qualification)

• Able to perform installation, operational and performance qualifications

• Have a good analytical thinking, systematic, able to work independently and in a team

• Have a knowledge in GMP

• Willing to be placed in Semarang
