Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to local and international regulations and standards relevant to pet food manufacturing, including HACCP & NKV
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes to ensure product quality during production, packaging, testing, and release.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Prepare the company for regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring that all vital documentation, processes, and personnel align with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the quality of raw materials, components, and packaging materials
- Investigate product issues, process deviations, and customer complaints, identify the root cause, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee sanitation and hygiene programs to ensure effective contamination prevention in production and storage areas.
- Ensure all production equipment impacting product quality and food safety are properly validated, calibrated, monitored, and maintained throughout their operational lifecycle
- Ensure full product traceability from raw materials to finished goods, and manage mock recall exercises to verify recall readiness
Requirements
- Willing to be located in Legok
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance in food industry.
- Indepth knowledge of quality assurance regulations, standards, and best practices, such as GMP & HACCP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to quality assurance, hygiene, and compliance.
- Have knowledge and exposed to machinary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
The salary range for this position is from IDR 6 - 7 million.
