Responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities within the plantation operations. This includes ensuring compliance with food safety standards, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to prevent non-conformities. The supervisor will also provide support to the management team in improving overall quality performance.

- Develop and implement quality assurance plans for plantation operations.
- Conduct regular audits of farming practices to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality performance.
- Collaborate with farm managers to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Maintain records of audit findings, corrective actions, and other relevant documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in food safety regulations and incorporate them into the quality assurance plan.
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives within the plantations.
- Monitor customer complaints related to product quality and coordinate with the appropriate departments to resolve issues.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required by customers or regulatory bodies.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, environmental science, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in quality assurance or food safety.
- Knowledge of international food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Willingness to travel frequently between farms and offices.
- Knowledge of Indonesian language would be advantageous but not essential.
