  • Review documents and transactions to identify potential risks or signs of fraud
  • Conduct daily calls with external parties (vendors/partners) to gather information and clarify facts
  • Collect and analyze supporting data for audit and investigative purposes
  • Assist team lead to prepare detailed review/audit reports with findings and recommendations for management presentation
  • Provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and follow up on identified issues/cases

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with background in financial, accounting, economics, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of working experience in procurement, vendor management, field audits/investigations, risk management or logistics operations
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Attention to details and high standard of integrity & ethics
  • Proficient in data analysis and spreadsheet (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Has knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and regulations is a plus
  • Willingness to travel around Indonesia (if required)
