Execute manual testing processes, including functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application quality internally.
Design comprehensive test cases, structure test plans, and manage the bug life cycle using tracking tools like Jira.
Perform data validation tasks using basic SQL queries and validate APIs utilizing tools like Postman.
Read through existing code bases, handle collaborative version control via Git, and perform debugging to actively implement minor bug fixes.
Write, structure, and update technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and release notes using platforms like Confluence or Notion.
Support operational application needs and flexibly balance tasks across Developer, Technical Writer, and Operational App functions depending on the workload to maintain team efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with a strong testing portfolio are welcome to apply
Minimum of 2 years of experience is an advantage.
Proficient in test case & test plan design, manual testing (functional, regression, UAT), and bug reporting/tracking (using Jira or similar tools).
Foundational understanding of SDLC/STLC, basic API testing (using Postman), and basic SQL for data validation.
Ability to read code, perform debugging, and fix minor bugs.
Familiarity with Git version control and programming languages aligned with the team's tech stack.
Ability to write clear, cross-team understandable technical documentation (SOPs, user manuals, release notes), alongside familiarity with documentation tools (Confluence/Notion/Markdown).
Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Playwright or Selenium).
Strong skills in priority management and fast context-switching.
Excellent cross-team communication and sharp attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure during incidents.
