Minimum Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies such as black-box testing, exploratory testing, and usability testing.
- Good in English.
Required Skills
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in writing clear, well-organized, and executable test cases.
- Experience using testing tools like bug tracking systems.
- Knowledge of defect management and effective bug reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus.
- Experience with testing automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing is a bonus.
- Understanding Agile or other development methodologies.
