Purpose of Role
- Approve final test strategies and quality gates for releases
- Enforce QA process compliance across all projects
- Block releases failing quality standards
- Decide on test tool adoption and framework changes
Requirements:
- 5+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing QA for production releases
- Expertise in test manual and automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit)
- Proficiency in QA tools and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
