QA Engineer

At Monit, we're building a modern business finance platform that helps companies manage payments, cards, expenses, accounts, and financial operations in one place.

We're looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products across web, mobile, API, and backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for UI, API, and backend services.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable releases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with developers on resolution.
• Validate business logic, workflows, and data integrity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure testing and release readiness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing.
• Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and APIs.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Plus: Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, or financial services.
