Responsibilities: Manage and lead a small team in conducting quality control processes throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective training programs for operators.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and address areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with various departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality documentation.
Diploma or above.
3 years of working experience in an OEM/ODM Company within electrical or mechanical manufacturing, with a preference for experience in quality control.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written. Good trainer capability is a plus.
Good eyesight, preferably with vision
