  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals/mentoring/coaching
  • Provide a good example in terms of testing, ethics, and soft skills to subordinates
  • Manage priority taks for each QA
  • Reproduce potential issue from another stakeholder to validate the issue is valid or not
  • Run Functional, Integration, Regression and Performance Testing.
  • Analyze and report QA testing results/bugs.
  • Create End User's/Product manual and documentation.
  • Build automation test script.
  • Collating project status and updating reports
  • Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team.
  • Overall status monitoring of various testing requirements.
  • Improve team process.

  • Able to perform API testing

Knowledge

  • SDLC
  • STLC
  • Able to grasp Product knowledge on a fair time
  • Management testing tools (JIRA, Xray, etc)

  • Able to perform API testing
  • Able to write comprehensive Bug Report
  • Able to develop Test case
  • Familiar on some Automation tools
  • Able to do some SQL on database
  • Familiar for some JAVA programming
  • Familiar with performance testing
