Job Description

PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced QA Assistant Manager to join our Quality Assurance department. This position will be based in our Batam office.

Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility in quality for customer group/cluster assigned to; main function is on planning and supervising to ensure no RMA and no Customer Claims for the entire customer group/cluster assigned to
  • Consolidate all improvement plans and drive improvements for the entire customer group/cluster assigned to
  • Review and release quality reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, RMA reports, etc) to customer including 8D report
  • Will be the main window of company to answer customer complaints and/or queries related to quality
  • Will be the main window of company's 3rd party audit (UL, CSA, ETL, TUV/Sud NRTL, etc) for the entire customer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Mechanical or something of relevant field
  • Possesses 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Possesses awareness with QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Excel, Ms. Word, PowerPoint, pdf)
