Write and execute test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria for each sprint
Perform functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing across all brand websites
Document and report bugs clearly in JIRA, including reproduction steps, expected vs actual behavior, environment details, and severity level
Validate integration behaviors between Shopify and external systems (ERP, OMS, WMS) as part of the ongoing technology transformation project
Collaborate closely with product and development team members to clarify requirements and confirm bug fixes
Maintain testing documentation in Confluence
Actively participate in sprint planning and sprint review to provide QA input on testing scope and risk
Support UAT coordination with business stakeholders when required
Complete all assigned testing responsibilities within the designated sprint cycle, with a target of at least 90% of testing completed within the same sprint without carryover
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing, preferably in an e-commerce or retail technology environment
Able to write structured test cases and produce detailed, actionable bug reports covering reproduction steps, expected vs actual behavior, and severity level
Basic understanding of API or system integration testing, including the ability to use tools such as Postman at a foundational level
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify or similar platforms, is a significant advantage
Comfortable using project management tools such as JIRA or equivalent
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear written communication
Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple brands and sprint cycles simultaneously
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (aids in isolating frontend bugs)
Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence is a plus
