About the Role

ERP Developer Lead is responsible for leading a team of developers in building and enhancing ERP solutions using Python and JavaScript technologies. This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications while guiding the team to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate has strong backend development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across Python and JavaScript stacks.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend and full-stack web applications.
• Drive the team to meet technical goals and project timelines.
• Review and contribute to clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (product, design, QA) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Make key architectural and technical decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
• Support developers in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in a team leadership or tech lead role is a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (Django experience is a plus).
• Experience in JavaScript development; familiarity with Node.js and/or Vue.js is a plus.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and modern backend design.
• Familiar with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work fully on-site (WFO).
