Role Description The Purchasing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar, responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities for the café and restaurant group. This role manages supplier relationships, negotiates pricing and terms, and ensures timely procurement of food, beverage, and operational supplies in line with quality and budget requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing purchasing data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase management, with experience implementing efficient and transparent procurement workflows.
Hands-on experience creating, reviewing, and managing purchase orders, including tracking deliveries and resolving discrepancies with vendors.
Solid understanding of procurement principles, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiation in an F&B or hospitality environment.
Well-developed analytical skills to evaluate pricing, monitor spending, forecast needs, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
Previous supervisory experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement is preferred.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with purchasing or inventory management software and basic Excel or spreadsheet skills.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
