Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential supplier and evaluate their products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and receipt of goods or services.
  • Ensure that procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulation, and organizational policies.
  • Regularly assess and improve procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, finance or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other programs.
  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities and spreadsheet.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and reach resolutions efficiently.
  • Must be aware about occupational health and safety in general and able to implement it at work environment.
