Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• 1 year proven experience in Purchasing
• Familiarity with ERP Systems is required; experience using Odoo is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills for dealing with vendors and suppliers (both online and offline).

Job Description

• Verify all purchase requests submitted to ensure alignment with clinic needs, operational standards, and policy guidelines.
• Execute direct purchases across online and offline marketplaces using Petty Cash or Cash Advance (CA).
• Manage vendor procurement by issuing and processing Purchase Orders (PO)
• Regularly monitor the status of all orders and proactively update branch teams upon the arrival of shipments.
• Coordinate and fulfill purchasing requirements for renovation projects, capital assets, and initial equipment for new branch openings on schedule.
