We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage procurement activities and ensure efficient, cost-effective purchasing in line with company policies and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management
- Manage end-to-end purchase orders, from request to delivery
- Ensure data accuracy and monitor order status
- Follow up on delays, delivery issues, and pricing discrepancies
- Resolve supplier issues and claims in a timely manner
Technical Support
- Read and interpret BOM, drawings, and technical documents
- Support material selection and supplier evaluation
Supplier Management
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and reliability
- Ensure suppliers meet project and quality requirements
Cost Control
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose local alternatives
- Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms
- Support efficient sourcing of materials and components
IT Support
- Provide basic technical support for hardware and software
- Assist with system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
System & Process
- Ensure accurate data and delivery timelines in the system
- Manage procurement processes, including RFP activities
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering
- Experience in procurement or purchasing within machinery manufacturing or a similar industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
