About the Role:

Focuses on acquiring the goods, raw materials, equipment, or services a company needs for its daily operations. The core goal is to secure these items at the best possible price, with the right quality, and at the right delivery time.

Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase Requisitions: Receive and review internal requests for goods or services from various departments (outlet operations, central kitchen, or head office) to ensure specifications are clear, accurate, and authorized).
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO): Generate and send official PO documents to selected vendors once internal approvals are secured.
• Sourcing and Vendor Evaluation: Contact suppliers, request quotation, and compare prices, terms, and quality across different vendors to get the best deal.
• Delivery Tracking & Expediting: Monitor shipment statuses and follow up with vendors to ensure goods arrive on time without disrupting operations.
• Document Verification: Match the PO, Delivery Order (DO), and Vendor Invoice before passing them to the Finance/Accounting team to ensure payment accuracy.
• Data Management: Maintain and update the vendor database, archive purchasing records, and keep track of price fluctuations in a master price list.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ESB software
• Familiar with Ms.Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willing to be placed in PIK Area
