Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Purchasing Specialist at MAURI Restaurant, located in Kuta Utara. The role involves managing purchasing processes, creating and tracking purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality products. The Purchasing Specialist will work closely with the kitchen team to identify ingredient needs and ensure alignment with the restaurant's standards of sustainability and seasonal sourcing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and supplier coordination.
• Experience in Purchase Management, handling purchase orders, and maintaining proper procurement documentation.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, analyze costs, and ensure budget adherence.
• Knowledge of local markets, high-quality product sourcing, and a commitment to sustainable and seasonal ingredient selection.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or culinary industry is a plus.
• Able to join immediately.
